The free bus passes made getting around easy, and the bus stopped right at the hotel. i liked the underground parking. It kept my car safe and warm.

The location was great. It was walkable to many places and i loved the hot tub. the staff were friendly and helpful . daily housekeeping kept the room tidy.
i had a hard time finding a parking spot, it was often crowded.

I was annoyed with my room. The walls seemed thin. I could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms. There was a constant disturbance. the room lacked proper soundproofing. This made it difficult to relax. I was not happy with that.

The hotel location is near the edge of town. A free bus stops nearby. I used it frequently. The hot pool features a cave style and is relaxing. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
The gym equipment requires updating. The treadmill belts seem worn.

Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. This was a nice touch I appreciated after hiking. They also made my bed. The staff at the front desk were helpful. They provided directions and information on local attractions.

Acceptable stay with some issues
unique grotto themeno air conditioning
The hot tub had a unique grotto theme that kids liked.
The room lacked air conditioning, i found that to be pretty ridiculous for the price I paid per night.
